XIII  XIII Nachfolger!   lara 19.10.2003
text (short)
Es gibt mal wieder ein neues Interview zum Comic-Shooter XIII. Dort verät Thomas Mainnemaire u.a., dass es auch schon viele Ideen für einen Nachfolger geben würde!

text (long)
quote:
We touched upon it earlier, but what are your plans for a sequel?

Mainnemare: We are thinking about ideas in order to make a follow-up to XIII, but that all depends on the success of this first game. I already mentioned the linearity of the game - that's something we'll try to perhaps address in the next game, try to offer more choices for the player.

We need to keep with the visual presentation and style obviously, because it is the mark of the game, but if we can perhaps add more depth to certain aspects of the game, that would be something worth doing.

It's like, at the moment, the game offers six various skills that you can pick up as you play through that will help you - maybe we could look at offering more skills, making them more interesting perhaps.

The current skills include things like silent walk, sniping, duel guns, things like that, and they appear as documents; so yes, we'd like to develop that.
