Es gibt wieder mal einen neuen Beta Patch mit einigen Bugfixes und Änderungen zu Unreal Tournament 2003. Dieser trägt Schnapszahl 2222 als Versionsnummer 2222. Die Featureliste gibt es unter show more, zum Download gehts über den Link (aber Achtung der Download folgt auf eigene Gefahr, denn Epic und Infograms gewähren für BETA Patches keinen Support).

Changes since 2220 include:

- fixed redirection problems in 2220
- more networking improvements, particularly for higher ping clients
- more web admin fixes/enhancements
- fixed gamma problems
- another redirection fix
- fixed auto-slope. Since this wasn't functioning before, you may have it turned on accidentally.
- fixed "firstcoloredmips X" for DXT textures
- fixed sound precaching bug
- added configurable property to control screen flash brightness, with values between 0 and 1 (1 is the default).
To modify this property, add the following line to the [Engine.PlayerController] section of your user.ini file.
ScreenFlashScaling=+1.0
- fixed not being able to do same taunt or othe AnimAction twice in a row
- fixed invisibility on pawns with more than 2 skins on their mesh (up to 4 skins now supported - they must all be
referenced in the skins array).
- fixed bots don't change weapon at end of match, and always play victory anim if winner
