DX 2  Vorschau: Deus Ex 2   Dreadnought 18.11.2003
text (short)
Es gibt zwei neue Previews zu Deus Ex 2: Invisible War.
Den Anfang machen PC.IGN.com:
quote:
Secondly, I have not managed to finish the game. In fact, I've really only scratched the surface. I'm still not sure who to trust and I don't really know what's going on, but my brain is constantly trying to piece together different conversations and bits of information into some sort of coherent theory about who the good guys and bad guys are and why they're fighting, which is actually pretty exciting and unusual for most games. So for this reason, and for the reasons that Ion Storm doesn't want vital pieces of information leaked to gamers (which is entirely understandable and maybe even commendable), I'm going to steer clear of the story for the most part.

Außerdem gabs auch ein Preview bei Firing Squad:
quote:
The maps are very small in terms of area, but packed full of content. It?s almost like playing a BioWare RPG, there are so many sidequests to do, you forget you?re on a map the size of a Quake multiplayer level until you realize how much time has passed. There is a ton of exploration to do, optional and otherwise. There are secret areas, people to talk to who will give you hints and jobs, not to mention all sorts of filler material that fleshes the game atmosphere out.

Das Spiel scheint sehr umfangreich und komplex zu werden
